About Filler Correction
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic-acid (HA) filler. It is used to soften, reduce or dissolve filler that is overfilled, has migrated from its original position, formed lumps or created an uneven, asymmetric look.
At Elora, filler correction begins with a thorough assessment. Your practitioner examines the area, discusses what was placed and when (where known), and explains what dissolving can and cannot achieve before any treatment is carried out.
Because correction is performed by our medical team in a DHA-licensed clinic, it is done with proper consent, technique and aftercare. Results can develop over the following days, and a review or repeat session is sometimes advised.
“My filler looks overdone, lumpy or has moved — can it be dissolved and corrected?”
When Filler Correction Helps
Overfilled or 'overdone' results that look heavier or more pronounced than intended
Filler migration, where product has moved from where it was originally placed
Lumps, bumps or an uneven, asymmetric appearance after filler
Filler placed at another clinic that you would like assessed and corrected
Hyaluronidase works on hyaluronic-acid filler; your practitioner will confirm suitability
Filler dissolving at Elora starts from AED 500 — a consultation confirms the exact plan
Vascular concerns after filler are an emergency — see the guidance in our FAQ below

ASSESSMENT
Your practitioner examines the area, discusses your history and goals, and explains whether dissolving is appropriate and what to expect.
PLAN
We explain what hyaluronidase can and cannot achieve, discuss any risks, and agree a plan with your informed consent before proceeding.
TREATMENT
Hyaluronidase is administered by our medical team. Depending on the area and amount of filler, more than one session may be advised.
REVIEW
Results can develop over the following days. We review the area and discuss whether a repeat session or new plan is right for you.

At Elora, filler dissolving starts from AED 500. The exact cost depends on the area and the amount of filler being corrected, and whether more than one session is needed. A consultation and assessment will confirm the plan and price for you.
Yes. We regularly assess filler that was placed elsewhere. We begin with a careful assessment of the area rather than treating straight away, so your practitioner can understand what was done and advise the safest way to correct it.
Hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic-acid (HA) fillers, which are the most common type. It does not dissolve non-HA fillers such as certain biostimulators. Your practitioner will confirm whether your filler is suitable during your assessment.
Sudden severe pain, skin turning white or dusky, or vision changes after filler can signal a vascular complication and are a medical emergency. Seek urgent medical care immediately. If you are an existing patient, contact us right away; otherwise go to the nearest emergency department without delay.
Some change can be visible soon after treatment, with further softening over the following days as the enzyme takes effect. Your practitioner may recommend a review and, in some cases, a repeat session to reach the desired result.
