NAD+ IV Drip in Dubai
Are NAD+ IV drips actually worth it, and what do they cost in Dubai? A straight answer: good evidence for how you feel, thinner evidence for the anti-ageing claims, and we say so.

In Short
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme every cell uses to make energy and repair DNA; levels fall with age and stress. An NAD+ IV drip delivers it directly into the bloodstream over two to four hours. Patients most often report better energy, focus and recovery for days to weeks afterwards. The evidence for those effects is reasonable; the evidence that it slows ageing is still developing. At Elora in Dubai it is doctor-prescribed, nurse-administered and monitored.

About
What NAD+ Does, and What We Will Not Claim
NAD+ sits at the centre of cellular energy production and DNA repair, and levels decline with age, poor sleep, alcohol and chronic stress. An intravenous infusion bypasses digestion and raises blood levels quickly, which is why patients notice the effect within a day or two rather than weeks.
What people report is consistent: steadier energy, clearer focus, better sleep and faster recovery, lasting from several days to a few weeks after a single drip and longer after a course. What is not yet proven is that NAD+ drips slow ageing or extend lifespan; the cellular science is promising and the human trials are small. We offer it for how you feel, and we say that plainly.
At Elora on Al Wasl Road, minutes from Jumeirah, every NAD+ drip is prescribed by a general practitioner after a consultation, given by a nurse in a treatment room rather than at home, and paired with a blood test when the fatigue has not been investigated.
“A drip should follow a consultation, not replace one.”
Our Approach
Supervised, Dosed, Monitored
GP consultation and, where useful, a blood test before the first drip
Dose and infusion speed set to you; slowed if you feel flushing or nausea
Given in clinic with a doctor on site, not at home
Can be combined with vitamin, antioxidant or hydration drips
Part of a longevity plan with peptides and blood-marker tracking
Honest follow-up: if you feel nothing after two, we say so

A note on evidence
NAD+ supplementation is supported by strong cellular and animal data and by small human studies on energy, cognition and recovery. Claims that NAD+ drips reverse ageing are not established. Elora offers NAD+ for how patients feel and function, as part of a doctor-led longevity plan, and updates this page as the evidence changes.
Candidacy
Is an NAD+ Drip Right for You?
Good candidate if
- Persistent fatigue or brain fog with normal blood tests
- Recovery after travel, illness, a demanding period or heavy training
- Jet lag on arrival in Dubai
- Wanting to combine it with a longevity or blood-test programme
May not be right if
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Uncontrolled heart, kidney or liver disease
- Active infection or fever on the day
- Expecting it to replace sleep, nutrition or a medical diagnosis for fatigue
How an NAD+ Drip Works, Step by Step
01
GP Consultation
A short medical history, your goal, and a blood test if your fatigue has not been looked into. Dose is set here.
02
Cannula and Start
A small cannula in the arm; the infusion starts slowly, because NAD+ given too fast causes flushing, chest tightness or nausea.
03
Infusion
Two to four hours in a private treatment room. The nurse adjusts the rate to how you feel. Bring work or a book.
04
Same Day
No downtime. Drink water, eat normally, rest that evening. Most patients notice a difference within one to two days.
05
Course or Maintenance
One drip for a reset; four to six over two to three weeks for a sustained effect, then monthly maintenance if it is working for you.

Benefits
Why Patients Choose This Treatment
Benefits
- Noticeable energy and focus within a day or two for most patients
- Doctor-prescribed and nurse-administered, with a doctor on site
- Dosed and paced to you rather than a fixed bag
- Combines with vitamin, antioxidant and hydration drips
- Fits inside a longevity programme with blood-marker tracking
What to consider
The infusion is slow and can feel unpleasant if run too fast: flushing, chest tightness, nausea or cramping are the reasons we start slowly and monitor you. Effects are temporary, which is why a course or maintenance is suggested to people who respond. NAD+ drips are not a treatment for a medical cause of fatigue such as thyroid disease, anaemia or sleep apnoea; if your consultation or blood test points to one, we treat that first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are NAD+ IV drips actually worth it?
For energy, focus, recovery and jet lag, most patients feel a clear difference within one to two days that lasts days to weeks, and a course extends it. For anti-ageing claims the evidence is still developing, so we do not sell it on that basis. If you feel nothing after two drips, we will tell you to stop.
What do NAD+ drips cost in Dubai?
Pricing at Elora is confirmed at your consultation, because the dose (250 to 500 mg) and any add-ons change the cost. Please contact us on WhatsApp for the current price list; course packages are priced lower per session than single drips.
How long does an NAD+ drip take?
Two to four hours. It is deliberately slow: NAD+ infused quickly causes flushing and nausea. Later sessions can run faster once we know how you tolerate it.
Can I get an NAD+ or IV drip at a clinic near Jumeirah or Al Wasl Road?
Yes. Elora Aesthetics Polyclinic is on Al Wasl Road in Al Bada'a, a few minutes from Jumeirah and City Walk, and drips are given in clinic under GP supervision rather than at home.
Is it safe?
In healthy adults, yes, when prescribed by a doctor and run slowly. Side effects during the infusion are usually rate-related and settle when the drip is slowed. It is not suitable in pregnancy or with uncontrolled heart, kidney or liver disease.
How many sessions do I need?
One for a reset. For a sustained effect, four to six sessions over two to three weeks, then monthly maintenance if it is working for you.
Can I combine NAD+ with other drips or a blood test?
Yes. It is often paired with a vitamin or antioxidant drip in the same visit, and with our longevity blood-test packages when fatigue has not been investigated.
Where is the clinic located?
Elora Aesthetics Polyclinic is on Al Wasl Road, Al Bada'a, villa G6-U1, Dubai, minutes from Jumeirah and City Walk and about 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai. Open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
